Role:
As a Group Leader, you’ll stay with the same small group throughout the event guiding them through activities, sparking conversation, and helping ensure everyone feels included, supported, and engaged.
Responsibilities include:

Welcoming participants and setting a positive, inclusive tone

Facilitating group discussions and transitions between sessions

Supporting individuals who may feel shy or disconnected

Encouraging reflection and connection throughout the day
