Job Type: Volunteer Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and committed Volunteer Mentors to guide and support individuals in achieving their personal, educational, or professional goals. As a Volunteer Mentor, you will act as a positive role model, providing advice, encouragement, and resources to help mentees navigate challenges and unlock their potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop a trusting and supportive mentoring relationship with your mentee(s).Meet regularly with mentee(s) to discuss goals, progress, and challenges. Provide guidance, resources, and strategies to help mentees overcome obstacles and achieve success. Act as a positive role model, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and accountability. Encourage and inspire mentees to develop confidence and resilience. Maintain open and respectful communication while upholding confidentiality. Collaborate with the mentoring program coordinator and provide feedback on mentoring outcomes. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. A genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed. Ability to offer encouragement and constructive feedback. Knowledge or experience in [specific field or area, if applicable].
