Who We Are
The Lazarex Cancer Wellness HUB is a community-based, safe space designed to provide cancer education and risk reduction programs, connections to cancer screening, treatment, and clinical trials, and survivor and caregiver support programs and services.
What We Do
We are the Conquering Cancer Together team dedicated to reducing the impact of cancer in the West Philadelphia community and reducing barriers to care. Our staff talks to community members about their cancer concerns from prevention through screening, treatment, clinical trials, and survivor support, and connects community members to resources and services needed for better health outcomes. We conduct cancer Chats and Workshops.
