Bethesda Project is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, housing and supportive services across 15 locations to adults experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.
On Thursday, October 27th we are hosting a fun event called Carving Change. This is a fundraiser where we open/gut out pumpkins in advance, and then attendees get to do the carving. So we are looking for a few individuals/small group to help earlier in the day preparing the pumpkins - the REALLY fun part!
We are estimating the time will be about 1-3pm, but will adjust based on needs. We will be meeting outside the Our Brothers' Place shelter, weather permitting. If inclement weather, we will move to a covered garage. All tools and supplies will be provided - just need you! No experience needed.
