We need about 10 volunteers on May 20th anytime between 5pm-11pm! All volunteers need to be supporters of queer and trans people of colour. We are planning to meet in the Student Organization Resource Center of Rush at 5pm to finish up preparations for the event. This could include button making, packing goodie bags, carrying equipment, etc. We would also appreciate having volunteers at the gym at 7pm to help set up and test equipment, staff tables for check-in, food, and free items, as well as to help out with clean up afterwards.
