- DISASTER ACTION TEAM MEMBERS provide immediate on scene comfort, care, and access to food, clothing, and shelter. Requires commitment to training, minimum customizable "on call" shifts you choose totally 24 hours per month. Only respond during your window of availability.
- DUTY OFFICE DISPATCHERS work from home coordinated with local authorities dispatching Red Cross personnel and resources. Requires commitment to training, minimum one 6-hour on-call shift per month, and reliable phone & Internet service.
- RECOVERY CASEWORKERS support individuals and families through their recovery phase. Virtual position can be done from home. Requires commitment to training, strong communication skills, and reliable phone & Internet service.
