Every month, JRA volunteers pack and deliver boxes of nutritious kosher food for low-income individuals and families in Greater Philadelphia.
Volunteers can participate by attending a food packing shift at JRA's Northeast Philadelphia warehouse or volunteers with a car can deliver the boxes to community members. JRA delivers to over 90 zip codes in the region.
Food packing and delivery occur once a month over the course of 5 days. Food packing shifts occur Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Deliveries take place Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
