Internship Summary:
Fab Youth Philly is seeking a curious, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help us assess and reimagine our organization’s brand. Fab Youth Philly has several audiences and as a result several websites, social media accounts and newsletters and we’d believe that streamlining those tools is in our best interest and will help us better engage with current and potential stakeholders. We are seeking an intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to sift through a lot of information, able to work independently and on a team, is organized and able to meet deadlines.
Internship Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting research about our various audiences /stakeholders to improve our outreach to and engagement with them
- Use data (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve our online presence and better engage with our stakeholders
- Develop a set of recommendations based on research conducted using data, surveys and interviews to improve our brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
REQUIRED:
- Excellent written skills: both formal, e.g., reports and informal, e.g., emails
- Ability to independently conduct research using the Internet, making phone calls, and if relevant,
- Has taken at least 1 full year of course work related to publicity, public relations and branding
- Highly organized
- Experience creating surveys, conducting interviews
- Ability to use data to make recommendations
- Able to use Microsoft 365 products/apps
- Curious, willing to view this as a learning opportunity
PREFERRED:
- Has developed a branding campaign
- Geeks out at the thought of helping an organization/client meet its goal
