Project Libertad is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Phoenixville, PA. We provide culturally competent academic enrichment programs and comprehensive, holistic advocacy to at-risk, Latino migrant children in Chester County and other isolated, underserved PA counties.
Be a one-on-one mentor! The program is intended to provide immigrant youth with a volunteer mentor who will help build strong relationships, set and maintain life goals, and be a positive role model.
