Veteran Volunteers/Penn Medicine Hospice
Veterans invited! Veterans are needed to volunteer as Patient Visitors for veteran-patients receiving hospice care with Penn Medicine Hospice.
Your visit would recognize the patient’s service; lend a listening ear; bring comfort and meaning to the patient and his/her family; provide an opportunity to reminisce; and bring honor and dignity to the patient’s contribution to all Americans.
If you are a veteran or active military of the US Armed Forces and have the ability to provide a respectful presence and caring companionship to a vet-hospice patient, please contact:
