Are you organized, energetic, and great at thinking on your feet? We’re looking for Event Assistants to help our summer retreat for 18–30 year olds run smoothly from start to finish.
Role:
As an Event Assistant, you’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes team ensuring everything stays on track. You’ll help with timing, logistics, and guiding participants to the right places, keeping the flow strong and the vibe positive.
Responsibilities include:

Keeping sessions on schedule

Directing participants to workshops, meals, or rest areas

Supporting the setup and transitions between sessions

Jumping in wherever help is needed
Great fit for students studying:
Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or anyone with experience in organizing, customer service, or campus leadership.
