Travelers Aid International

Travelers Aid at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) assists passengers and members of the airport community. Our six information desks and mobile guide locations are staffed by a core group of dedicated volunteers who provide assistance to travelers, visitors and employees at the airport and in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Volunteering with Travelers Aid is a great opportunity to welcome newcomers to Philadelphia, assist travelers with finding the information they need within the airport, and make a positive difference in what could be the most stressful part of their day.
