Inspire Philadelphia

Currently our portfolio consists of over 100 homes in developing neighborhoods which we are turning over back to the community to provide affordable living to bring the people back to where they know and love. Our investment in these communities has valued over 5 million dollars. With our successful rehab ability we are bringing back up property values and bringing jobs back to the community. With each rehab we create 10-15 jobs per home. We use local contracting teams who outsource work to the local community. From start to finish we are employing these individuals from anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on the project.
