Who We Are
12+ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students from underserved communities to achieve college access and completion. 12+ provides individualized career and college counseling with an emphasis on high school seniors preparing for post-secondary pathways and alumni from our partner schools.
What We Do
Our mission is to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to pursue education beyond 12th grade. We work with every student, every day, every step of the way to equip them with a best fit plan upon graduation.
