West Philadelphia Alliance for Children

The West Philadelphia Alliance for Children (WePAC) is a nonprofit in Philly dedicated to reopening and staffing libraries in the West Philly area to promote children's literacy.

WePAC so far as given 4,000 children across 17 schools in the Philadelphia area access to school libraries. Their mission is to keep providing children with books and reading opportunities. Their Library Café helps encourage kids to learn through connecting the reading to the real world.
