Semillas del Futuro, Norris Square Neighborhood Project’s after-school program, is seeking volunteer tutors this school year 2024-2025 for high school students (grades 9-12). Students need support with homework, test preparation, and subject comprehension. We are especially looking for tutors in: American HistoryMath (Algebra 1 & 2, Precalculus, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry)Environmental Studies English (Comprehension and Writing)Tutors must be able to commit to at least 1 hour/week (max 3 hours) between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, until at least December 2024. Please note that all tutors are required to have clearances to work with youth on an ongoing basis. NSNP will pay for your clearances if you do not already have them.
