Volunteer: Workforce Support Leader – AmeriCorps Member (300 Hr)

This AmeriCorps position is designed for returning Drexel AmeriCorps Co-op alumni who wish to continue serving in workforce development, career readiness, and/or digital access programs in a reduced-hour capacity. Members build on prior service experience to strengthen host site programming and support the broader AmeriCorps Co-op community.

Members may:

Support workforce development, career readiness, or digital access initiatives through direct service and capacity-building activities Serve as a peer mentor and program resource to current AmeriCorps members (without supervising or recruiting members) Assist with meetings, service activities, and special events Contribute to program enhancement through outreach, resource development, and participant engagement Participate in required AmeriCorps trainings, reflection activities, and professional development sessions

This position does not include supervision of members or recruitment responsibilities. Members serve in compliance with AmeriCorps regulations and program guidelines.

Term of Service: Minimum Time (approximately 300 hours)
Schedule: Flexible, part-time service schedule
Education Award: Eligible for the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award upon successful completion
