Volunteer: Volunteers for closing shift 4:00-6:30Support the amazing mission of the PVWDC as a volunteer! Volunteers are needed to support the training and well-being of our amazing dogs and help keep the center running smoothly. There is a crucial need for volunteers one or all days between 4 and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday when, under the supervision of a kennel lead, volunteers are asked to help with laundry, kitchen cleanup, sweeping and mopping kennel area floors, vacuuming training room floor, sweeping and wiping down individual kennels and other surfaces, washing water bowls/toys/training items, refreshing and organizing dog's baskets (toys, treat bags, etc). There may also be opportunities for puppy interaction during this time depending on availability of staff. This opportunity is meant to be ongoing, and it is our hope that you can commit to at least one afternoon/evening (4:00-6:30) each week for at least 6 weeks.
