Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. reminded us that “we cannot walk alone.” In these times of stress, grief and uncertainty, we can benefit from coming together to explore how the pandemic has and continues to traumatize our families, friends and communities. Uncover your power to be resourceful and together we can nurture, support and inspire each other. In doing so, we can gain clearer perspectives and hope for our future.
In this workshop, we will:
- View pandemic through trauma “lenses”
- Acknowledge grief and loss
- Connect with others so we do not walk alone
- Identify where we have power
- Receive specific strategies to help manage stress
- Promote hope and healing
