Faith-Based Mission:

We are a Christ-centered homeschool co-op dedicated to nurturing students academically, creatively, and spiritually.

 

Overview:

We are seeking passionate and committed teachers to join our homeschool co-op serving students ages 5 to 18. Our program is organized into five age-based groups:

·      Adam Group (age 4)

·      Boaz Group (ages 5-6)

·      Caleb Group (ages 7-9)

·      Deborah Group (ages 10-12)

·      Esther Group (ages13+)

 

Teachers will lead engaging, age-appropriate classes that integrate Christian values and foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

 

Current Openings:

We are actively seeking teachers for the following subjects

(ages 5-6)

·      Art

 

(ages 7-9)

·      Indoor Games/Team Building Activities

 

(ages 10-18)

·      Art

·      Beginning Programming

·      Music

·      Art History

·      Project -Based Learning

·      Film & Audio /Visual

·      Career Exploration

·      Study Skills

·      Beginning Logic

 

Responsibilities:

·      Plan and deliver no homework lessons each Friday for 24 weeks that are tailored to the assigned age group.

·      Integrate Biblical principles and character development into instruction

·      Foster a respectful, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

·      Communicate clearly with parents and the Steering Committee

·      Prepare materials and coordinate any needed supplies

·      Encourage student participation, creativity, and leadership

·      Provide feedback and support to help students grow academically and spiritually

 

Qualifications:

·      Personal commitment to Christian faith and values

·      Experience teaching or mentoring children or teens (formal or informal)

·      Passion for the subject area and ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles

·      Strong communication and organizational skills

·      Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and Steering Committee

·      Background checks are required (finger print if you have not lived in PA for the past 10 years, criminal, and child abuse)
