Who We Are
Story College Church (est. 2021) is a church community for college students in Philly who are looking to grow in their faith or seek answers to their questions about life, Christianity, the Bible, and God.
Our founding group is church-planting team from UC Berkeley and UCLA, each with a story of how we personally encountered God in a fresh way during our time in college. Today, the majority of our staff are Drexel and Penn graduates or grad students (and their spouses)! Our heart is to share the Gospel with, and pour back into, the young people of Philadelphia.
We are part of Acts 2 Network, a network of collegiate church plants and parachurch ministries fueled by covocational ministers, and a part of the SEND network with the North American Mission Board.
What We Do
We seek to create a space for spiritual growth, friendship, and fun for everyone during their college years. To that end, we hold many different kinds of events, from holiday parties to retreats to community service opportunities and mission trips, to connect college students to God, to each other, and to the wider communities around them.
